How ClientKind Works
ClientKind is a membership-based client retention system that allows you to plan and execute client gifting in advance.
Step 1. Choose a Membership Tier
ClientKind operates on three membership tiers. Your membership tier determines which gift experiences you can access at member pricing.
Core membership provides access to Core gift experiences.
Signature membership provides access to Core and Signature gift experiences.
Luxe membership provides access to the full ClientKind collection.
Membership provides access and pricing. It does not limit how often gifts are sent.
Step 2. Add Recipients
You add each client as a recipient within your ClientKind account.
Recipient profiles store delivery information and important dates, including birthdays and anniversaries. This information is saved for ongoing use and does not need to be reentered for each gift.
Step 3. Schedule Gifts in Advance
For each recipient, you select the gift moments you want to schedule. These moments may include welcome or closing, birthday, anniversary, referral thank you, and holiday gifting.
You select the gift experience for each moment based on your membership tier and schedule delivery dates in advance.
Once scheduled, gifts are automatically sent on the selected dates. This creates recurring gifting that runs without requiring additional action.
Step 4. ClientKind Manages Execution
ClientKind manages sourcing, presentation, and fulfillment for all scheduled gifts.
Each gift is curated to a consistent standard, professionally packaged, and delivered directly to the recipient.
You do not manage inventory, vendors, or logistics.
Step 5. Changes & Cancellations
Scheduled gifts may be modified or canceled up to thirty one days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Changes or cancellations requested within thirty one days of a scheduled delivery will apply to future gifts but will not affect gifts already in process.
This policy ensures consistent quality and reliable fulfillment.
