Membership
ClientKind operates on a membership model that allows professionals to plan, schedule, and execute client gifting in advance.
Membership provides access to ClientKind gift experiences at member pricing. It does not limit how often gifts can be sent and it does not require predefined bundles or fixed schedules.
Once a membership is active, you can add recipients, schedule gifts for the year, and allow the system to run automatically.
Membership Tiers
ClientKind offers three membership tiers. Your tier determines which gift experiences you can access at member pricing.
Core
Core membership provides access to Core gift experiences. It is designed for professionals who want a refined and reliable way to maintain client relationships through planned and recurring gifting.
Signature
Signature membership provides access to Core and Signature gift experiences. It is designed for professionals who want broader access and more elevated presentation across client touchpoints.
Luxe
Luxe membership provides access to the full ClientKind collection, including Core, Signature, and Luxe gift experiences. It is designed for top producers who want the most comprehensive client experience available.
Recipient Setup & Scheduling
Membership allows you to add recipients and schedule gifts in advance.
Each recipient profile stores delivery information and important dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
For each recipient, you select the gift moments you want to schedule. These may include welcome or closing, birthday, anniversary, referral thank you, and holiday gifting.
Once scheduled, gifts are automatically sent on the selected dates until you make a change.
Fulfillment & Execution
ClientKind manages sourcing, presentation, and fulfillment for all scheduled gifts.
Each gift is curated to a consistent standard, professionally packaged, and delivered directly to the recipient.
You do not manage inventory, vendors, or logistics.
Changes & Cancellations
Scheduled gifts may be modified or canceled up to thirty one days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Changes or cancellations requested within thirty one days of a scheduled delivery will apply to future gifts but will not affect gifts already in process.
Team Membership
ClientKind also supports top producing teams that want a shared client retention system while preserving individual relationships.
